Participants are encouraged to share insights from their past week, focusing on lessons learned and standout moments from their Mental Mastery readings. Each member is invited to summarize key takeaways and share completed assignments with the group. These meetings provide a platform for attendees to discuss challenges, "aha" moments, and seek or offer advice that can benefit everyone. The emphasis is on active listening, mutual respect, and supportive collaboration, creating opportunities to learn from one another’s experiences. Through these interactions, members also develop essential leadership skills such as attentive listening, focused communication, and confidently speaking in front of others—all crucial traits for great leaders.
